Tanner McClellan, FounderWhen I started the Best Buddies Friends Choir as a freshman in the fall of 2013, I had absolutely no idea that it would become something so incredible. I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of such an inspirational and passionate group of musicians, and I cannot imagine my life without the BBFC. Thank you to my family and friends for the continuous love and support.

Kyra Klontz, PresidentI am a Choral/General Music Education with a minor in Musical Theatre. I plan on also minoring in Special Education, partly due to my involvement in this organization. Meeting with the buddies and singing every week is the most rewarding activity I do at Miami. I have always been interested in exceptional learners, and I think working with the buddies has shown me what it really means to be exceptional. These are some of the most kind and loving people I've ever met, and it is truly a pleasure getting to sing with them every week. I am so glad I can help facilitate a musical outlet for these adults.

Sarah Mattina, PR ChairI am a Strategic Communication and Spanish major with a minor in Management and Leadership at Miami University. On campus I am involved in Collegiate Chorale, and I met Tanner and heard about the Best Buddies Friends Choir through a class announcement. I have always loved singing and think that the Best Buddies Friends Choir is the perfect way to share that love with others. My favorite song that we perform is 'Life's A Happy Song,' because it really embodies the message of our group!

Robert Poth, Awareness Concert Chair & TreasurerI am a Biological Physics major with a minor in Spanish. On Miami's campus, I participate in the Men's Glee Club and The Cheezies A Cappella group. I met Tanner through the music department. After hearing about the Best Buddies Friends Choir, I immediately became interested in joining. This group and the friendships made from it quickly became one of the most rewarding things that I do on campus, and I look forward to further serving the group this coming year through my executive position.
